The Realtors® of Distinction award recognizes the top 10% of producing Charleston Realtors® with 1 or more transactions who apply for the award, complete additional education requirements in the award year, and adhere to the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
 

The award recognizes multiple levels of achievement and specialty areas:

| Platinum Circle . Top 2% . $18.7m+ in volume and/or 44.5+ sides

| Gold Circle .  Top 5% . $12m –$18.69m in volume and/or 30.5-44 sides

| Silver Circle . Top 10% .  $7.9m – $11.9m in volume and/or 22-30 sides

| Team Award . $11.9m+ in volume and/or 33+ sides

| Rising Star . $5.9m+ in volume and/or 16.5+ sides (licensed 2 years or less)

| Property Managers . $110,500 in lease volume and/or 60 sides

| Commercial . $7.9m+ in volume and/or 22+ sides

To be eligible for this award, applicant must have met the following criteria during the previous calendar year:

| Maintained membership in CTAR January-December 2020 and must currently be a member

| No Ethics or LLR violations in the last 3 years

| Achieved minimum sales for the category you apply for (specifics above)
